Standing Calf Raises Start standing flat-footed with hands on the back of a chair for balance. Slowly roll onto the ball of your feet. Hold the position before returning to your heels. For more of a challenge, point your toes out to the side to work the inner calves or turn them inward to work the outer calves.

I am much stronger and my tennis game has improved significantly.
