Tennis Fitness Program
CORE Fitness is a hub for competitive and recreational tennis players. Many of these players work off season in private training sessions and/or small group conditioning programs to improve court performance.

CORE Fitness offers a one hour, one time a week, 4-week group program, usually in the months from October through April. Classes are taught by Arianne Missimer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Class size is kept to eight or less so participants can get the most personal attention possible. The camaraderie is great and the training is fun!

Tennis conditioning is a great way to enhance coordination, muscular strength and endurance, improve speed and agility, and ultimately build a better body able to meet the challenges of tennis performance. Functional fitness for tennis can enhance your overall well-being, decrease risk of injury, and help you achieve optimum performance.

Functional exercises are designed to get you playing at your peak performance!

The classes are typically held in the morning during the week. Cost for the 4 week program is $80/person. That's for the four sessions!
