CORE Fitness is now offering an inexpensive way to get in shape that will fit into your busy schedule. Small-group training sessions will be offered four times a week during traditional lunch-break hours and will be conducted in small groups. Each member will receive a complimentary fitness assessment with a performance specialist prior to the start of training to check weaknesses or imbalances in movement and muscle function.
Every group trainee will receive individual attention from one of our performance specialists while exercising among other motivated clients. This group environment not only decreases the cost of personal training but also provides a sense of camaraderie, encouraging you to work harder than you would by yourself.
Groups will have a maximum of ten people, and training sessions will last for a full hour. Space is limited so sign up now!
Time:
Mondays and Wednesdays:
11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Cost:
$175/month per person, for up to four sessions a week
