Lacrosse is a sport that combines strength and endurance, necessitating a conditioning program that enhances a player’s size, strength, power, speed, agility, and stamina. It requires constant movement across the field and a lean, strong body for quick, aggressive contact with opponents. Power is imperative in order to throw harder and farther with maximum accuracy and precision. Additionally, athletes must possess the endurance to play a 60-minute non-stop game if needed.

All positions in lacrosse benefit from aerobic and anaerobic endurance training as well as speed and agility training. CORE Fitness’s conditioning program will specifically tailor to your needs as a lacrosse player and will use strength training exercises that simulate movement patterns needed for the sport.
