How do I use it?
There are four stations on the KINESIS panel. As a newcomer, you’ll perform one series of exercises on each station. If you choose to progress, the exercises can be made infinitely more complex, but you’ll still follow a progressive pattern as you work through exercises that combine flexibility, core stability, coordination, and balance.
What makes KINESIS unique?

•A KINESIS workout is a hybrid of many disciplines valuing efficiency. You’ll raise your heart rate, challenge your balance and core muscles, tax your coordination and concentration, and increase muscle strength and endurance all at the same time.
