Golf Fitness Program

Title Performance Institute has spent the last 11 years studying the world’s greatest golfers and how their body’s’ affect their golf swings.  Core Fitness Trainers are T.P.I. Certified Golf Fitness Instructors (C.G.F.I.) and are offering golfer’s the chance to learn the biomechanics that make the pros’ swings seem effortless and smooth.  Using T.P.I’s extensive research findings on corrective exercises CORE’s Instructors will help to condition and fix fault patterns of your swing to make it better than you ever thought possible

COMING SOON! Our C.G.F.I.’s at CORE will evaluate your swing based on your posture, footing, alignment, arms movements, and your overall biomechanics using video analysis.

The golf fitness program focuses on functional training, which trains movements, not muscles. Functional Training enhances coordination, the rhythm and timing of the movement, which provided greater transfer to the golf swing. Functional training enhances coordination, and strength. Improvements in these areas will not only help prevent injuries, but they can be the difference in breaking 100, 90, 80, or even 70!

Flexibility is a key component for a powerful golf swing. Specific stretches will be included to increase flexibility in the muscles and joints used in your golf swing.

The golf swing starts with core stability and strength as well as balance and coordination. Core conditioning, our specialty, is very important for a golfer because all the movements in the upper and lower body are tied together, and supported by your core.

Golf-specific strength training is important for hitting the ball further with greater power. Improved strength of the specific golf muscles can easily add 10-20 yards to most drives as well as help prevent injury.

Training functionally with integrated movements and adding rhythm and timing to your program should make a difference this season!
