Proper posture, adequate mobility and stability throughout the body, golf-specific strength and power, and movement efficiency have the power to reduce the incidence of short and long term injuries, can help you play longer with fewer aches, and can have positive effects on the distance and direction of the ball relative to your swing.

Our T.P.I Performance Specialists at CORE will evaluate you based on posture, functional movement patterns, and our T.P.I screen, including all areas relevant to golf mechanics. More about the Program...

"My golf coach, Becky Dengler, first told me about CORE Fitness. She suggested I go there because I needed some major improvements on my swing mobility. Arianne used the TPI performance screen along with a comprehensive fitness assessment to test me in December of 2009. Shoulder, thoracic spine, and hip mobility along with a few other areas, were well below the normal status. I knew if I wanted to play in college I had to fix these things now. Going to her two to three times a month combined with training at home, I was able to make the major improvements needed on my swing. Before I went to Arianne, I had a sway and reverse spine angle because of my limited hip and thoracic mobility. Now after six months of working with her, I can make a full hip turn and shoulder turn and have almost eliminated those swing faults. I am also a lot stronger, can hit the ball a lot farther, and have a much more consistent swing. Additionally, I have better overall control, which allows for more accuracy. Now that I have been working with Arianne and the TPI program, I am now confident that I can play at the collegiate level in two years."
