Functional Movement Screen Conference

As you know our CORE Fitness staff attended a great conference in Boston this past weekend on the Functional Movement Screen, designed by Gray Cook and Lee Burton. I strongly encourage you to read the attachment on the background and purpose behind this type of screening and the corrective approach. The trainers at CORE Fitness will conduct Functional Movement Screens on all of the clients to identify physical imbalances, asymmetries, or weaknesses. We are not diagnosing; we are simply aiming to further improve functional and athletic performance, and most importantly prevent injury. For more information click here.
