CORE owner, Arianne Missimer, and CORE performance specialist, Ashley Paoli, conducted a group training class for the women of the Delta Kappa Gamma International Society. CORE is proud to have been able to train improve the health of such accomplished women. Read below for Delta member Jane Carey's experience with Arianne and Ashley.

It was a cold day in November when six senior ladies from Delta Kappa Gamma Education Sorority showed up at CORE Fitness to meet our instructors, Arianne and Ashley. What would we learn? Before long we were on the floor on mats doing stretches for flexibility, exercises for balancing, and using equipment to strengthen our core. "Oh, my! I didn’t realize how stiff I am!" was heard often as we worked with our instructors. We learned a lot about how to fight inflexibility, improve balance, and strengthen our bodies to reduce the risk of accidents and improve our quality of life. So, if you're interested in becoming fit and enjoying an active life, I know you’ll enjoy working out at CORE Fitness.
