About the Program

Through video analysis coupled with a comprehensive assessment, including a specific Titleist Performance Institute (T.P.I.) screen, Functional Movement Screen (F.M.S.), balance, flexibility, and strength tests, CORE Fitness will help determine what physical limitations are preventing you from improving your game or causing repetitive stress on your body.

We will work closely with you and your golf professional to ensure that our performance program is providing you with the proper mechanics to complement the fundamentals and skills instructed by your golf professional. We welcome your golf pro to attend your assessments/sessions or contact us at any time to ensure you are correcting physical limitations and ultimately changing your motor programming to improve your golf game. Therefore, our first goal is to identify your limitations, correlate them with your swing faults, and then work toward correcting them to ensure we are not adding fitness to faulty mechanics.

Our goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive approach to your golf performance training. We believe that there is no one way to swing a golf club, but there is one efficient way for you. You build your golf swing – or your motor program -- around your physical limitations. This in turn leads to decreased efficiency and increased chance of injury. We integrate all of the essential components to enhance your performance and decrease your risk of injury.

*We do not provide golf swing instruction and strongly recommend contacting a local golf professional to maximize swing efficiency. We welcome the opportunity to work with your pro and encourage an interdisciplinary team approach to improve your game.
