Join CORE Fitness on a health excursion you don’t want to miss! Passport to Health is a 12 week challenge that will supercharge your energy and excitement about staying active and fit during the summer months. Here’s the scoop…

• Starting June 1st, we’ll post a nutrition or fitness tip from around the world on our Facebook page.

• Once a new tip is posted, participates will have one week to post one picture each day (seven pictures a week max) to the CORE Fitness Facebook page showing how they’re embracing the culture of the current week’s health destination and challenge.

• You don’t have to enroll in anything to be a part of this journey – anyone on Facebook can participate as much or as little as desired.

• The top three participants who contribute the most pictures throughout the journey get to choose from a $75 gift card to a salon of their choice, a $75 gift card to their favorite restaurant, or a gift certificate for1hour massage at a local business.
